Configuration PC minimale :
- Système d’exploitation : Windows 10 64 bits
- Processeur (AMD) : AMD Ryzen 5 1600
- Processeur (Intel) : Core i5 6600K

Demande refusée par steam…
Vraiment ? tu as des détails ?

Hello,
I’ve recently heard that steam was breaking the rules of the refund policy regarding BF2042.
I am actually a big fan of the Battlefield license since the 1942 edition, which I started playing when I was around 14 years old. Since then, I bought most of the Battlefield games as I’ve always been entertained by them. Even if some releases were less good than others, the game was still appreciable and enjoying to play…
I was thus so much hyped by the 2042 version that I decided to buy the Gold edition, so that I would be sure I could access all the seasonal content without the need to buy additional DLCs.
I love Battlefield, I did tryhard this one. With more than 50h of play time with or without friends, I am far away from the allowed max 2h playtime for the refund policy. Same problem with the 14 days delay, as I bought it to play as from day 1.
I am sorry, but I’m totally disappointed. From one day to another, I just got disgusted by the game for which I had high hopes… I was expecting a finished game. Instead of that, the game comes full of bugs (which were still not resolved after the pre-release), server latency, poor content (reusing old games with the new Dice engine), no score board, and so on… I was actually expecting bug fixes quickly, and then was planning to give it another chance later on. Due to the drastic decrease of players, I don’t even feel the motivation to play this game anymore, as it sounds like a dead game forever.
Having a 16 yo Steam account, I kindly ask you to reconsider my refund request for this broken game. I would be pleased to reuse these 90€ more wisely on the steam market, if you mind refunding me on my steam wallet.
Hope you will understand.
Kind regards,
Vincent Verbeet
